Christopher W. Slack, 61 years, died unexpectedly Friday, Feb. 28, 2025 at his residence.

He was born October 28, 1963 in Woodstock, Illinois the son of Lloyd and Sarah (Klabunde) Slack. Chris graduated from Woodstock Excessive College in 1981. On June 21, 1986, he married Karen Flanum in Sturgeon Bay. Chris was employed with Gandrud Chevrolet in Inexperienced Bay for over 30 years as supervisor of their elements division.

He was a devoted member of the Algoma Kingdom Corridor of Jehovah’s Witnesses after being baptized on July 18, 1982.

Chris was a faithful husband, loving father and grandfather. He loved fishing, serving to others, touring along with his spouse, baking and stamp amassing.

Surviving household embrace his spouse, Karen; 4 kids, Joseph Slack, Emily (Silas) Klug, Rebecca (Charles) Ouradnik, Rachel (Ethan) Filipek; granddaughter, Violet Klug; his mother and father, Lloyd and Sarah Slack; and his brother, Jerry Slack of Illinois.

Previous him in loss of life have been his grandparents, Arlene and Chris Klabunde, and Mildred Slack Johnson and Arthur Slack.

A service shall be held at 3:pm Saturday March 8, 2025 on the Kingdom Corridor of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Algoma. Brother Brian Guilette will current the funeral discuss. Pals could go to on the Kingdom Corridor on Saturday from 1pm– till the time of service at 3 pm. Burial shall be personal. The Huehns Funeral House in Sturgeon Bay and Schinderle Funeral House in Algoma assisted the household.

The funeral may also be out there to attend through Zoom.
