41.3k new listings this week (final week 40.6k)
YTD 6% larger than week 20 of 2024 YTD and 9% larger YTD in comparison with 2017/18/19.
Worth Reductions (% of Resi Inventory)
27.2k worth reductions this week – month-to-month run price in reductions – 1 in 7.5 of resi gross sales inventory per thirty days is being lowered (which represents 13.4%).
For comparability, 12.1% common in 2024, although the long-term five-year common is 10.6%.
Whole Gross Gross sales (agreed gross sales)
28.9k UK houses bought STC this week (final week 28.8k). The perfect week for resi gross sales since Could 2022.
